The Application Process.
STEP 1. Choose your investor-pathway for the Grenada CBI program.
There are essentially two different ways to qualify for the Grenada CBI program: the National Transformation Fund (NTF) and Real-Estate purchase route. Choosing your investment pathway will depend on several factors, including your overall financial investment and immigration goals.

STEP 2. Choose an Authorized International Marketing Agent.
Applications for citizenship may not be submitted directly to Grenada’s Citizenship by Investment Committee (CBIC). Instead, applications must be submitted directly through an authorized international marketing agent.
STEP 3. Prepare and Submit Application.
We will provide all the necessary support to prepare your Grenada CBI application for submission to CBIC. By law, all Grenada CBI applications are submitted through an Authorized Local Agent.
STEP 4. Obtain you Passport.
After due-diligence checks and approval the passport will be issued. There are currently no requirements to visit Grenada or be interviewed to obtain your passport.

Who are considered dependents for the Grenada CBI program? Do my family members also get passports?
The Grenada citizenship by investment program is one of the most attractive when it comes to your “dependents” also obtaining a passport. For Grenada, your dependents are considered children under-30 that are financially dependent on the main applicant. It also includes dependent parents. Generally, a family of up to four may be included on the main-investor application, however, additional fees to apply depending on the investment-route (i.e. NTF v. real-estate).
We are also able to advise you with regards to structuring a Grenadian passport application in a way that considers your long-term immigration goals. For example, if you have no intention to reside in Grenada, and your objective is to take advantage of the US E-2 Treaty Investor program, you may only need to file one-application for the main investor. This can save a minimum of $50,000 USD in fees.

How long does it take to obtain a Grenadian passport?
Applications are usually approved within 60 business days. Generally, it will take anywhere from 2-4 months to go through the entire process, and this varies depending on the type of application and details of the applicant.
Do I need to give up my existing passport?
Grenada recognizes dual-citizenship – thus it is not required to renounce your existing citizenship in order to obtain a Grenadian passport. It is important to understand the regulations that govern your own nationality – for instance, India does not recognize dual-citizenship, and it would be necessary for an Indian national consider the Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI) program before moving ahead with another citizenship application.
Grenadian passports are valid for a period of five-years and may renewed through a Grenadian Consulate (London) or directly with the Grenadian passport office.
Do I need to live in Grenada to get Citizenship?
Grenada has no physical residency requirements. It is not necessary to live or reside in Grenada after obtaining a Grenadian passport. In fact, to go through the Grenada citizenship process it is not required to visit – although, it is difficult to resist the temptation if its Caribbean vibes.

What are authorized local and international agents?
In order to help regulate the overall CBI program, the Grenadian government has taken several security measures.
Authorized local agents are required to help facilitate a Grenadian CBI application and consist of local professionals (such as lawyers, migration agencies, etc.) that are licensed and regulated by the CBI committee. A list of CBI lawyers is maintained on the government website, and oftentimes the CBI application includes a fee for the local authorized agent.
Authorized international marketing agents, are also a necessary part of the overall CBI process and security policy. These are international entities that are permitted to promote, market and disseminate information about Grenada’s citizenship by investment program.
